Cancellations

Hotels may charge a cancellation fee of up to two (2) night's room and tax on or after October 20, 2025.

No-show

If you do not show up on your expected arrival date, the hotel will charge a no-show fee equal to one night’s room and tax and cancel your reservation.

Early departure

If you check out prior to your scheduled departure date, the hotel has the right to charge you an early departure fee. Early departure fees vary by hotel, and you are responsible for any fees incurred.
